Each sheet takes the figures from your own room and works one number that a demo will not give you: what it costs to put a code on every table and keep it there through a menu change, and what one order actually carries from the moment a guest taps it to the moment it is settled. Nothing needs an account and nothing books you a call. Change an input and the answer moves while you read it, counted from the record a till keeps of what was ordered.

The figures these sheets work come from your own inputs and from the record a till keeps of what was ordered: one order per table or collection slot, one line per item, and one reprint per menu change. Nothing here quotes a vendor's price except where the page names the vendor, the page it was read from and the day it was read.
