One paid plan
The sheets are free and stay free, because an operator should be able to get an arithmetic answer without booking a demo. What is not free is the till behind them. Eposvo Pro keeps every order against its table or its collection slot, with the items, the covers, the status through the pass and the total, prints the menu as a table card, and lets you take the lot out as a file whenever you want it.

Eposvo Pro is £99 a month. It renews automatically each month at the same price until you cancel, and the price and the renewal date are shown on the checkout page before you pay. Cancel from your account page at any time, in one click, with no phone call and no notice period. The plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for and then stops.
Online payments: Stripe's processing fee plus a 1% platform fee per payment, deducted before your payout.
Should you just buy a full EPOS suite instead?
If you run several sites, need stock control down to the gram and want one supplier for hardware and support, buy a full suite: that is what they are for, and you will get a contract, an installer and a helpdesk with it. Eposvo is for the other case, where there is one room, the hardware is a tablet you already own, and what you actually need is the orders kept and the menu changeable without a reprint.
